Around the world

Time to Slow Things Down

We'd like apologize to our friends and family for taking so long to get this blog going, but here it is! After a busy 5 years in Seattle working on our masters degree and careers (we also got married somewhere along the way) we have decided to take a 9 month sabbatical to reclaim some free time that we have been deferring for so long.

We are starting the journey in Budapest and planning on moving our way southeast in an effort to chase summer. Nothing is planned other than our one way ticket to Budapest and a 10 day monastery retreat in Nepal (more on that later). Our general path goes from Central Europe > Turkey > Nepal > Southeast Asia > New Zealand > South America > Central America > back to Boston

As we write this, we are in Budapest culling our pictures for our next post. More to come!

  2. I like your map graphic (but don't like that the red lines come no where near Seattle)! Keep us posted! xo, Anne
